TR-70 is made for producing bouffant/ nurse caps from automatic elastic feeding , ultrasonic sealing , fabric folding to cap cutting into pieces . The length of finishing caps are changeable in 3 sizes 18″, 21″ and 24″. One operator is required only. TR-70 is capable of producing bouffant cap by both single or 2 strings of elastic band.
