TR-90 mask blank making machine is made for producing blank masks automatically. By its automatic processes from Nonwoven fabrics folding/pleating , ultrasonic sealing ,cutting and nose wire inserting & cutting , all processes require one operator only. TR-90 is capable of producing blank masks up to maximum 4 layers.
The TR-90 mask blank machine can be combined with inner/ outer ear loop making machines and head loop making machine to turn them to a full production line. This would save labor cost significantly. The TR-90 features robust aluminum alloy structures, PLC control, friendly operation interface, easy maintenance, reliable quality and performance.
